Once the Time Update or Prior Maintenance log has been created, a maintenance input(s) may be required to indicate what maintenance work was completed and by whom.

  1. Click the Add button to being the maintenance input.
  2. By default, No Job Card is checked. If the entry is related to a job card, select the appropriate job card option.
  3. Click Next.

  1. Enter changes to the default data as required. If the TMI entry is related to a job card, enter job card related data.
  2. Click Next.

The Stamps list is an entry based sub-module located in the Options module.

  1. Select a stamp or stamps that are required for this maintenance entry. Click Next.
  2. Select the signatures for each stamp selected from the previous screen. Click Next.

When adding a TMI entry, most often for an aircraft, the TMI Clerk selects the parts, in addition to the aircraft, that require a Technical Log or Modification Log Entry. A list of parts is provided based on Part Description properties specified at the time of part creation. See ITEM EDITOR CREATING A PART - Step 3 of Creating a Part Description.

  1. A default list of parts that require a Technical Log and Modification Log are displayed. Select the parts that will be affected by this TMI entry. Entries are generated automatically in the log books of the parts selected.
  2. Click Next.

  1. Enter a Job description for this TMI Maintenance entry.
  2. If required, upload a Scanned Document.
  3. Enter a Rectification description for this TMI Maintenance entry.
  4. Click Finish.

TMI Entry Wizard RESULTS

After completing the series of windows presented by the TMI Entry Wizard, the resulting TMI Maintenance Entry will appear on the TMI log sheet. If required, the next step will be to add Maintenance Details, which will appear below the TMI Maintenance Entry.
