Before you begin to use RAAS, please review the Special Settings section below and make the appropriate recommended adjustments.

To begin your login, open a Google Chrome window, type the RAAS website into the browser address bar and hit enter. Next, enter the following valid login information into the RAAS login screen, as in Figure 1-1:

Company Name:
User Name:
Password:

Please contact your administrator for a valid login and website address.

If during your login, you are presented with regional settings messages, please follow the instructions outlined in the Regionality and Language Settings listed under Special Settings.

Once you have successfully logged on, you will see the RAAS main screen as seen in Figure 1-2.

RAAS’s main functional areas, referred to as modules, are always listed in the gray navigation bar to the left of the window. Each module is a data entry and reporting tool. Clicking on any of the module icons will take you into the respective module.

The most up to date version of Google Chrome is required to run RAAS. If you have a previous version, it is strongly recommended that you visit the Google Chrome website to download and install to the most recent version of Google Chrome.

Google Chrome Pop-up Blocker

  1. Click on the Elipses "Customise and Control Google Chrome" and select Settings.
  2. Open the Advanced dropdown and select Content Settings
  3. Click Pop-ups and redirects and activate the Allowed slider
  4. Click the Add button under "Allow" and enter your RAAS address and click Add.

  1. Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.
  2. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box
  3. Select OK

Printing Help Files

Sometimes it is easier to have a hard copy or print out of a help file for reference when working in RAAS. Follow these points to correctly printout the RAAS Help Files.

  1. Right click on the help file that you would like to print and select Print Preview...
  2. Change the select content from As laid out on screen to Only the selected frame (Print Preview page will refresh and show the help file without the help menu to the left)
  3. Optional: Change all Margins to 0.5 from the Page Setup option.
  4. Click the Printer icon and click Print

Internet Explorer Browser Settings

  1. Click on Tools and select Internet Options from the list
  2. Click on the Settings button located under Browsing History
  3. Select either Every time I visit the webpage or Automatically (recommended)
  4. Click OK to close each window

  1. Select Change date, time, or number formats from the Control Panel. The Region dialog box appears.
  2. On the Formats tab, under Current format, for most cases select English (United States) or ask your administrator for the correct language settings.
  3. Click Apply to enable the settings.
  4. Click OK and close the Control Panel.

  1. Select Clock, Language, and Region from the Control Panel. Under Regional and Language Options, click Change the date, time or number format
