PRINTING JOB CARDS

RAAS utilizes Crystal Reports for viewing or printing reports, such as a job card report. There are 2 types of Crystal Report viewers: Active X and Interactive. The Crystal Reports Active X Viewer is best suited for the RAAS environment can be downloaded from with the RAAS Options module under User Accounts. Simply click on your user name and follow the instructions provided beside the ActiveX Viewer link.


Navigation

  1. Click on Planning and Production or Stores and select Job Card Listing from the pull-down and click Go.
  2. Select the applicable Aircraft or Company and Job Card Group.
  3. Click the Generate button.
  4. If the job card you want is not in the list; Click the Filter button to adjust the filter settings and click Save. Click the Generate button.

Find a Job Card

  1. Follow steps 1 and 2 of the Navigation instructions.
  2. Click the Find button.
  3. Enter the search criteria and select the appropriate fields and status criteria to be searched and click Find.
  4. Select the check box for the desired result and click View. Close the Job Card Find window once you have the desired Job Card.

OPTION #1 - Job Card Listing

  1. Use the Navigation instructions above to generate a Job Card Listing.
  2. Click on the printer icon for the job card you would like to print. If there are attachments, and you would like to print them with the job card, click Yes. If not, the job card will open a Cystal Reports Viewer. Click the Printer icon within Crystal Reports to print the job card.

OPTION #2 - Job Card Detail

  1. Use the Navigation instructions and click on the notepad icon to view the specific job card details

    OR

    Use the Find a Job Card method to locate and view the specific job card.

  1. Click on the Print button. If there are attachments, and you would like to print them with the job card, click Yes. If not, the job card will open a cystal reports viewer. Click the Printer icon within Crystal Reports to print the job card.

OPTION #3 - Range Printing

  1. Use the Navigation instructions above to generate a Job Card Listing.
  2. Click on the Print JCs button. Select the applicable filters, enter the job card number range and indicated if you would like to include file attachments. Click Print.
