The Document Library is a repository for any documentation that the user wishes to store within RAAS which in turn can be attached and brought forward to Job Cards via the Job Card Template.

Creating a Folder

  1. Click on Planning & Production and select Document Library from the pull down and click Go.
  1. Click Add Folder.
  1. Enter a folder name.
  1. Click Save.

Note: Once a folder is created, permissions for it will need to be set. This is done by clicking the Permissions button beside the Select a Folder pull down and selecting the Groups to give permissions to access files within the newly created folder.

Uploading a Single File Attachment

  1. Click on Planning & Production and select Document Library from the pull down and click Go.
  1. Click Upload File to open the Add JC File Attachment window.
  1. On the Add JC File Attachment window, click Browse and select the file to be uploaded.
  1. Select a folder from the pull down to upload the file to.
  1. Edit the File Name, Notes, and Revision fields as required.
  1. Click Add File to upload the attachment to the selected folder.
  1. The file attachment will now be listed in the applicable folder.

Uploading Multiple File Attachments

  1. Click on Planning & Production and select Document Library from the pull down and click Go.
  1. Select a folder from the pull down to which the file attachments will be uploaded to.
  1. Click Upload Multi.
  1. On the Multiple File Up window, click Browse and select the files to be uploaded.
  1. Once all the files to be uploaded have been selected, click Upload.
  1. The files will now be in the applicable folder.

Editing File Attachment Details

  1. Click on Planning & Production and select Document Library from the pull down and click Go.
  1. Select a folder from the pull down and click Refresh. The file attachments will now be displayed in the list for the selected folder.
  1. To view and edit file attachment details click the Expand button beside the name of the desired file.
  1. The JC File Attachment details and JC File Attachment History will appear to the right of the folder list. Once the applicable changes have been made, click Save Changes. The newly saved changes will replace the previous version which will now appear in JC File Attachment History.
  1. To view/edit the file attachment itself, click the Expand button either in the list, or in the File Attachment Details area.
  1. To delete a file attachment click the Expand button beside the name of the file that needs to be deleted and click Ok.
